After graduating from medical school at Michigan State University, Dr. Puckett completed her training in Toledo and now maintains two convenient offices - one in Sylvania on the campus of Flower Hospital and the other in Perrysburg at Levis Commons.
Dr. PuckettÂs experience goes beyond offices and universities. She is a wife and mother of three children, so she understands what it feels like to be a patient and an expectant mother.
